Pot stickers

A late nite at TC yesterday, sat-in to a trumpetting cymbal chiming Guru Puja.

Afterwards, Lama gestured to join in e feast of Pot stickers, i had become quite 'immune' to meat after e u.s. trip, could almost belief i could finish e whole lot! Geshela surprisingly had a micro appetite, though momos is (i assume) naturally a tibetan's favourite!

A rare encounter, to see a beautiful & intricately threaded W'Mahakala palace (yup, there's WM inside), as well as a Protector figurine (e one on e horse). These items would be covered / arranged out of common view quite soon, as part of the Tibetan spiritual tradition.

Surprisingly (on e site), is a natural well of underground water! That's special.

The chandelier was in all its crytal brilliance, magnificent.

Passerbys and nearby folks were taking an interest, looking into the activities through the large glass panels of the gompa.

And a special date, 15th May, i think that's Buddha's Bday... or at least very close !
